Job Description

General Description :

Assist faculty and lab trainers in preparation of life science labs, including general biology, anatomy & physiology, microbiology. May also assist with chemistry and physics as needed.

Duties and Tasks :

• Work closely with science faculty and lab trainers to prepare materials and supplies for science labs.
• Assist with properly disposing of lab materials and replacing lab equipment and supplies in an orderly fashion.
• Preparing and cleaning up laboratories
• Prepares materials and supplies for science labs in a timely and organized manner.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday 8.30am - 5 pm, although the hours may vary with occasional evenings or weekends.

Special Assignments

May be required to perform other duties as assigned. May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.
