This position is for Saturdays and Sundays from March 8th until April 13th.
Saturdays: 9:15am-1pm
Sundays: 9:15am-12pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and executing practice sessions.
- Provide individual and group instruction to athletes on techniques and strategies.
- Help manage team logistics, including scheduling practices and games.
- Monitor athletes’ progress and provide feedback on performance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Assist with recruitment and retention of team members.
- Collaborate with coaching staff and communicate effectively with athletes and parents.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and rules of the sport.
- Support in organizing team events and fundraising activities.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the specific sport and coaching techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
- Previous coaching experience is a plus.
