```Duties```
- Plan and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities for campers, such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and nature exploration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers under your supervision.
- Supervise and engage with campers during meals, rest periods, and transitions between activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment where campers can learn, grow, and have fun.
- Provide guidance and support to campers in developing social skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies to promote a positive camp experience for all participants.
- Collaborate with other camp staff to coordinate daily schedules and ensure smooth operation of the program.
```Qualifications```
- Experience working with children in a camp, daycare, or educational setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and fellow staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
