Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Music Teacher to join our team to teach music to toddlers! This part-time position will be on either Monday or Friday, depending on availability. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and a deep love for music. You will create a fun, safe, and engaging environment where toddlers can explore music, rhythm, and sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate music lessons for toddlers (ages 1-4).
- Introduce children to basic musical concepts like rhythm, pitch, melody, and instruments.
- Use a variety of musical activities such as singing, dancing, and playing simple instruments to promote creativity and motor skills development.
- Create a positive and encouraging environment to foster a love for music.
- Ensure safety and well-being of all children during class.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and provide feedback as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children (ages 1-4) is preferred.
- A background in music education or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A fun, patient, and creative approach to teaching.
- Ability to create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment.
- Availability to work on Monday or Friday.
