Job Summary
Support end-users of NWCCD and assist IT Staff. Tier 1 support. Facilitate internal and external entities with campus events.

Education/Qualifications
- Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
- Sheridan College Student currently enrolled
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or greater
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Products
- Familiarity with college student portal, student account activation and setup
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Working hours, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Evening events from 5 pm to 9 pm. Possibility of working weekends if events are scheduled
