Job Summary
The SCAN Advertising and Marketing Coordinator facilitates all advertising for all events by SCAN. Researches and suggests promotional material for SCAN. Consistently updates all social media, table top advertisements, chalk board signs, TV advertisements, and chalk the walk.

Education/Qualifications
- Good Conduct and Academic Standing with the college
- Sheridan College Student currently enrolled
- Cumulative GPA is 2.0 or greater
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel
- Preferred knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Knowledgeable with social media platforms such as Instagram and SnapChat.
- Excels with Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Will have to work late hours and weekends (Depending on event)
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
