Job Summary
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our concierge, direct primary care, and med spa medical office. The role requires a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, spread across at least two 8-hour shifts, with the option for additional hours. No weekends or holidays are required.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as an APP and a background or interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetic procedures. Applicants with this experience will receive higher compensation. This is a contract position with potential for future commission.
The ideal candidate will align with our clinic’s culture by demonstrating a positive attitude, insightfulness, and a commitment to enhancing clinical expertise, pursuing ongoing training, and utilizing evidence-based approaches. Our ideal candidate also practices self-awareness, mindfulness and empathy all the while displaying excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Focus on preventative medicine and wellness.
- Conduct physical exams and treat various illnesses, conditions, and diseases (nothing urgent or emergent).
- Be comfortable with telehealth visits, as some patients prefer this option.
- Have prescriptive authority and be licensed in the state of Wyoming with their governing board.
- Have controlled substance prescriptive authority.
- If seeing aesthetic patients, be up to date on training for these procedures and certified to perform them. The clinic may assist with training costs up to $3000 per year for full-time employees and $1500 for part-time employees if the candidate shows interest in new procedures or services.

Requirements
- Valid and unencumbered Advanced Practice Provider certification or equivalent licensure.
- Experience with primary care and/or ambulatory care.
- Preferred experience with functional medicine and hormone optimization (higher compensation for this experience).
- Strong knowledge of interpersonal communication and problem-solving.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate with other providers and specialists to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Excellent patient assessment skills.
- At least two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.
- Must pass a background check.
