We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain / Import -Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain process. Your role will involve managing import export activities, coordinate with transportation companies, and ensuring timely preparation of Import-Export and logistics functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be an excellent communicator and knowledge of supply chain/import-export activities
```Duties```
- Oversee the transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
- Implement measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the logistics/operations activities of the company.
-Process various documents relevant to the import - export operations of a company working with overseas suppliers and customers.
-Coordinate with our warehouse and manage various documents relevant to the inbound and outbound operation activities of the company.
```Qualifications```
-Experience working with Import Export suppliers
-Knowledge of supply chain processes, including transportation activities, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical skills to help develop efficient processes within the logistics/operation department.
-Fluent Spanish and English speaker. Good writing skills in both English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
