Job Summary
The Panel Provider is important to the success of the Wound Healing Center and the provision of high quality care to its patients by joining the Program Director (PD), the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM)and Local Medical Director (LMD) as a member of the multidisciplinary team.

Compensation
We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The hourly wage range for this position is: $52.96-$74.77. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
Key Accountabilities

Encourage providers and nursing personnel to adhere to Healogics Clinical Practice Guidelines when medically appropriate and should insist upon compliance with all hospital policies pertinent to care in Wound Healing Center.

Support the PD, CNM, and LMD in the professional development of clinical and administrative staff

Serve as a resource for consultation and referral for providers from other disciplines

Act as an advocate for Wound Healing Center and provide education and information regarding the Wound Healing Center when interacting with the local medical community

May present to various audiences (i.e., medical staff meetings, hospital department meetings, grand rounds presentations, local medical and community organizations, services clubs, etc.) to enhance knowledge regarding the capabilities of the Wound Healing Center in the community

Able to comply with policies and procedures, including, without limitation, completing medical record documentation and billing information in a timely and accurate fashion
Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Current RN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing, in good standing

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Minnesota
