Open Until Filled - Artistic Direction: Select and direct the fall musical, ensuring alignment with the school's values, student talent, and available resources.
- Casting & Rehearsals: Organize and conduct auditions, select the cast, and lead rehearsals while fostering a supportive and educational environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the music director, choreographer, technical director, and other production staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality performance.
- Scheduling & Planning: Develop a rehearsal schedule that accommodates students' academic commitments while maintaining a structured and productive rehearsal process.
- Student Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, helping them develop their acting, singing, and stage presence.
- Production Management: Oversee set design, costumes, lighting, sound, and other technical aspects in coordination with the production team.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with students, parents, administration, and staff regarding rehearsal schedules, performance dates, and production needs.
- Budgeting & Fundraising: Manage the musical's budget and collaborate on fundraising efforts as needed.
