How you will make an impact :
As a Bath Aide at Northfield Retirement Community, you will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, and treating every individual with unwavering dignity. You will assist Resident Assistants in caring for our residents, including assisting them with tasks of daily living such as getting dressed, showering, using the bathroom, and eating; as well as more healthcare-related tasks like checking vital signs and medication administration. Schedule : 6-11 AM and 8 : 15 AM -12 : 30 PM (Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri)
