Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- This support position will need to be able to identify training needs, develop ongoing education, and leverage Direct Banking channels for the Community Banking team.
- This individual is responsible for upholding the service standard within Community Banking, providing an environment for employee growth, and supporting NSB market development efforts.
- We are looking for someone who has the ability to deliver exceptional customer service, obtain a solid understanding of the NSB products and services, a strong understanding of applicable regulations, and comfort with the development and presentation of educational opportunities.
- A college degree (associates or above); or three to five years of experience in a financial institution is required.
- NSB has training opportunities to engage employees and assist with personal development within our company.
- Average Years of Service at Northfield Savings Bank is above 9!
