Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- This position is responsible for leading business development initiatives to grow new Enterprise deposit relationships, expand existing customer relationships, and will be responsible for identifying new prospects.
- This individual must have the ability to build customer relationships, collaborate with all business lines, and support the onboarding of products and services to meet the needs of customers, prospects, and the Bank.
- A Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent training/experience applied in a professional setting is required.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in banking is required.
