North Florida Village is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in either a remote or office setting. This position plays a crucial role in inputting and maintaining accurate data in our system, ensuring efficient and smooth operations throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into our system while maintaining data integrity
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Review data for errors, missing information, or duplicates and correct as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is up-to-date and accurate
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Utilize basic math skills for data entry accuracy
- Create and update spreadsheets with large amounts of data
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Adhere to data entry and confidentiality policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of basic math and ability to interpret data
