Our Pool Staff are responsible for guest satisfaction, safety, and park compliance of the assigned aquatic facilities. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position and reports to the Pool Attendant Supervisor.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify wristbands for guest entry
- Check for glass containers for safety reasons
- Clean and vacuum pool, clean skimmer baskets and skim the pool as needed
- Sweep pool deck, clean tables, pick up trash, and empty trash cans
- Regularly straighten pool furniture
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
- Present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintains a high standard of customer service
- Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Performs daily routine chores and maintenance of waterpark to ensure neat and orderly appearance
- Advises aquatics management of unsafe and unsanitary conditions
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- Customer service experience preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Required to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Maintain composure under pressure
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Able to move up to 50 lbs
- Ability to swim
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Regularly move throughout the pool area
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Constant exposure to outside weather conditions
- Able to continuously scan all areas of the pool with a clear vision
- Able to adequately hear noises and distinguish distress signals
