Shift Leader
General Duties and Responsibilities
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and Oversee Wash Quality
- Enjoy Communicating with Management and Operations Team as Needed
- Maintain External Vacuum Center
- Keep location neat and always maintain car wash cleanliness.
- Perform site and grounds maintenance (lawn care, site cleanliness, etc.)
- Grow as a leader within Northgate Tommy’s Express
- Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management
Job Requirements:
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Develop, foster, and promote an environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction above all else
- Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
- Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for all customer needs.
- Manage and lead a shift in the absence of an assistant manager.
- Execute shift reports.
- Oversee and count down the cash register at the end of your shift.
- Rotate team members in and out of positions throughout your shift.
- Handle warranty claims as needed.
- Hold team members accountable during your shift.
