Location: 3 days per week hybrid in Arlington, VA

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint/PowerApp Developer to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing SharePoint and PowerApp solutions, as well as a strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies and requirements gathering.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SharePoint and PowerApp solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Design and implement solutions that meet business needs
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Participate in Agile Development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of experience as a Software Developer
- 3 years of experience in SharePoint and PowerApp development
- Experience in development within .NET Core
- Strong understanding of Agile Development methodologies
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis
- Experience working with DoD clients is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification
- DoD Computing Environment certification
