Customer Support Representative - Summary
NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time Customer Support Representative to provide administrative support functions in a friendly, positive, and professional manner at its behavioral and mental health outpatient office in Williamstown, Kentucky. This staff person will interact with clients to schedule appointments, follow the check-in procedures, and collect payment at the time of service. Position will be based in Williamstown, it may require travel to other office locations in Carrollton, Warsaw, Owenton, and Falmouth.

Customer Support Representative - Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in customer support, receptionist, and/or administrative duties preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Possess strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of individual needs.
Customer Support Representative - Job Duties
- Support NorthKey Community Care staff and clients in a polite, courteous, and professional manner.
- Maintain polite and courteous phone techniques and person-to-person contact.
- Maintain a patient and empathetic attitude at all times.
- Identify needs to achieve staff and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to confidentiality in all matters pertaining to client information.
- Provide assistance and backup coverage at other office locations as needed.
- Schedule outpatient appointments for providers.
- Maintain electronic health records per state regulations.
- Follow client check-in procedures, including insurance verification process.
- Collect payments at time of service.
- Maintenance of supply inventory.
- Preparation of monthly reports as required.
