Member Relationship Representative
The Member Services Representative position at Northland Area Federal Credit Union is a customer-focused role that combines financial expertise with exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities:
- Meets all sales goals as established
- Handling cash transactions, providing account information, and serving as a trusted financial partner to members while upholding the credit union's service promises.
- Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timely manner
- Receive share drafts/checks and cash for deposit to accounts, verify amounts, examine share drafts/checks for proper endorsement, and accurately enter deposits into computer records
- Research and resolve account related discrepancies. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary; May provide assistance to other MSR staff performing this task
- Provide information on and promote all credit union products and services based on member’s needs; Actively cross sell products
- Process mail transactions
- Assist members in balancing their accounts
Qualifications Required:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
Qualifications Desired:
Previous credit union, financial institution, cash handling, member service, sales or related experience
