Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Support Systems teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Manage and document service requests using BMS, QUIP, Kaseya IT Glue, LogMeIn, and related tools.
- Perform hands-on software and hardware installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
- Monitor network performance, conduct regular backups, and manage disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users and assist with new product rollouts.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and implement preventative measures.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in software/hardware support or system administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficiency with operating systems like Windows Server, Linux, or Unix.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network , Security , or CISSP are a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check annually.
- Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance.
