Job Title: Human Resources - Construction
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Some long days may be required)

Responsibilities:
- Daily Manpower Scheduling with Superintendents: Collaborate with superintendents to create efficient schedules, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
- Communication Management: Handle the seamless exchange of emails, texts, and phone calls, fostering clear communication within the team.
- Employee Interaction: Engage with field employees and foremen, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive working environment.
- Vacation/Leave Management: Maintain accurate records of employee absences and days off, implementing company leave policies effectively.
- Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with cell phones and tablets.
- Track and manage employee training records.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed to support HR operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in human resources or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using technology for communication and data management.
