Content Marketing Coordinator
Content Marketing Coordinator - Reston, VA | Full-Time | Hybrid

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Strategy
- Write and edit blogs, white papers, email campaigns, web pages, and case studies
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and supports business objectives
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and segmentation
- Track and report on key performance metrics like traffic, conversions, and engagement
Design & Multimedia
- Create eye-catching graphics and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite
- Assist with video production—concepting, scripting, and editing
- Update website content and optimize for SEO
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align content strategy
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
- Keep marketing assets organized and easy to access
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in content marketing (security industry experience is a plus)
- Strong writing and editing skills across digital formats and audiences
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working independently or collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and HubSpot
- Graphic design and video editing experience are big pluses (Premiere Pro or similar)
- A proactive, team-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Portfolio of writing samples or prior work highly preferred
Travel & Work Authorization
- Occasional travel to attend trade shows, conferences, and marketing events
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
