Senior Physical Security Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Physical Security Consultant to provide expert guidance in evaluating, recommending, and documenting the technical and operational security needs of our customers. This role requires a highly skilled professional with deep knowledge of physical security systems, risk assessments, and security master planning.
The successful candidate will conduct security audits, develop master plans, establish security standards, and create basis of design documents. They will also coordinate with both internal and external resources to ensure security solutions align with best practices and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Develop security master plans tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Establish and document security standards, policies, and procedures for clients.
- Create basis of design (BoD) documents, outlining technical and operational security requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources, including security engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class security solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in security system design, implementation, and optimization.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Adapt to changing security landscapes, making timely decisions to address emerging threats.
- Lead and align diverse teams to drive strategic security initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in physical security consulting, security system design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of risk assessments, security operations, and technology solutions.
- Experience creating master security plans and technical design documentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various departments, including PMO, Professional Services, Managed Services, Installation, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and lead diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical security concepts for diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to change, and make informed decisions under pressure.
