Northland is looking for a Quality Assurance/Control Project Manager in Montgomery, Alabama.
The QA Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing QA initiatives throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a deep understanding of quality control methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure project success.
- Oversee testing and validation processes for products and services.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality standards.
- Lead risk assessments and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain project documentation and prepare quality reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, audits, and compliance.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO/AS standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the security integration field is a plus.
- Software House/CCure certification a plus.
