Pay : $18 an hour lesson revenue. Clinic rate is $40 an hour 75% of private lesson revenue; Total compensation will range from $75k-$95k
Typical work week -20-25 clinic hours plus private lessons
The position is full-time with benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Job purpose
The Junior Tennis Director will oversee the club’s junior tennis program while also managing group and private lessons for players of all ages. This position requires a strong understanding of tennis instruction, a passion for working with juniors, and excellent organizational and customer service skills. The Junior Director will play a key role in maintaining the growth of the tennis program and will work closely with the Director of Tennis to ensure a high standard of instruction and member satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide private and group tennis lessons for ages 4 to adults
- Conduct engaging, energetic, and educational tennis lessons, ensuring a positive and productive learning experience for all participants.
- Ability to work on court adult league men and women.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive tennis program for junior players and ensure they meet the needs of players at various skill levels.
- Work with the Director of Tennis to maintain a consistent coaching philosophy and ensure programs are aligned with the Club’s values and goals.
- Oversee and manage large tennis events, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. (Grand Prix, USTA, Socials)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of junior and adult practices.
- Utilize commission / payroll system to ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tennis members and their families, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Address member feedback and concerns regarding billing, tennis programs or any other tennis-related maters.
- Follow all Human Resource related practices and procedures.
- Responsible for assisting in inspecting all courts and for opening / closing procedures, maintenance, repair, and grooming when needed.
- Peform other duties as requested.
