About the Role:
As our Human Resources Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compensation. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and manage the interview process to identify and hire top talent for all positions.
- Onboarding and Training: Create and deliver onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome, informed, and ready to succeed.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll accurately and efficiently, manage benefit programs, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to help employees grow.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- HR Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, maintain HR records, and stay up-to-date on HR policies and legal compliance.
Qualifications:
- Preferred, but not required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, along with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a passion for building relationships.
