Position Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately register patient demographics and insurance information
- Verify insurance information; collect copayments and self-payments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage patient inquiries and appointments efficiently
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Communicate with clinic staff to assure efficient patient flow
- Complete other duties as assigned that align with NHC's mission

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
