General Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support production operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist in the assembly line processes, ensuring products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
• Perform fabrication tasks as needed, including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Operate forklifts for material handling within the warehouse or factory setting, adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various manufacturing tasks.
• Understanding of assembly line operations and mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in a warehouse or factory environment is preferred.
• Ability to fabricate and assemble components with precision and care.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
