Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and wiring for manufacturing equipment. This role will also be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and components in manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and improve reliability.
- Work with and maintain various industrial equipment, including robots, conveyors, augers, gearboxes, boilers, and dryers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, and robotics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
