WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support Our Sales Team: You’ll be the glue that holds things together, managing daily tasks like creating proposals, preparing reports, and making sure everything runs smoothly for our sales reps.
- Build Relationships: You’ll keep clients feeling cared for and supported, responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
- Manage Data: You’ll keep our CRM up to date, track sales milestones, and help identify key trends to keep the sales team on track and ahead of the game.
- Documentation Mastery: You’ll ensure contracts and job details are accurate, organized, and processed on time, keeping everything flowing seamlessly.
- Help Us Stay on Track: You’ll assist in preparing regular sales reports, monitor KPIs, and help the team stay focused on goals.
- Be the Go-To Expert: With your knowledge of our products and services, you’ll answer questions, provide support, and help sales reps wow clients with the right info at the right time.
- Coordinate & Communicate: You’ll schedule meetings, follow-up calls, and demos, making sure everything is in place for the sales team to shine.
