My name is Ryan, a fearless entrepreneur on a mission to make the trades cool again.
I think we have built a pretty kick-a** team so far and it is our job to keep you from joining. That’s of course, unless you have what it takes.

-If you join our sales team, be prepared that our team has a DO or DIE attitude. Long hours, that's the norm around here, our team is filled with the greats.
-You like high pressure sales? Not our cup of tea. We prefer world class service to win jobs. Please don’t apply if that’s your style.
-No excuse attitude REQUIRED! Let’s face it, greatness isn’t built by justifying our poor actions.
-You must make mistakes! We don’t want people who are perfect, we want people who are going to move fast and break things as the great Zuckerberg once said!

-Degrees are cool and all, but let’s face it, determination to be the best version of yourself is more important to us. P.S I never went to college 🤫
-Growing up I dreamed of having a cool truck, so I want you to have one as well. But you will need a valid driver's license to roll with us!
-Heath and fitness is pretty cool here, that’s helpful when needing to lift up big ladders! (Must be able to lift up to 60lb and climb up to 32 ft high)
-Obnoxious laughs are welcomed! We love to laugh and joke around. Life is short, having fun is required here!

-This is salary and bonuses sales role no commissions, yes we know it's scary. If you are committed, don’t worry about this, you are going to do great! This is just a great way for us to filter out potential team members who aren't serious about truly serving our customers.
-We are going to take care of everything for you to do well in this job, literally everything. Truck, fuel, phones, apparel, and much more all given on your first day!
-We do want to be financially successful, just like you should be. But that’s not our motive. We are committed to making sure you are going to do incredible things! If you make it on our team, we have your back professionally and personally. We won’t let you fail, you show up even when it gets hard and we will take care of the rest.
