We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated EPC Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the procurement and contractual aspects of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, ensuring successful project delivery within budget, scope, and schedule. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of contractual agreements and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Oversee the development, negotiation, and administration of EPC contracts, including amendments and variations.
Procurement: Lead the procurement process, including vendor selection, evaluation, and management to secure quality services and materials at competitive prices.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with EPC contracts, ensuring proper mitigation strategies are in place.
Compliance: Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on contractual obligations.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related activities, including correspondences, amendments, and approvals.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor and contractor performance against contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any contractual disputes or claims in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCCM) are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract management within the EPC industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
