Scrum Master - Minneapolis

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for Digital Marketing and MarTech platform team, driving Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, helping them to deliver high-value digital marketing solutions in alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Remove roadblocks and ensure the team has the resources and support needed to achieve sprint goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, data analytics, and external partners to drive project success.
• Track and report on team performance metrics, sprint progress, and delivery timelines, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.
• Advocate for Agile adoption within the organization and contribute to Agile transformation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal governance related to digital marketing initiatives.

The salary range for the Scrum Master position is $95,000.00 to $115,000.00 annually. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
