Northmen Roofing is looking for a part time Customer Service associate for immediate hire. Duties
- Answer calls and respond to customer requests.
- Ensure weekly thank-you calls are made.
- Address customer concerns promptly.
- Make follow-up calls as needed.
- Monitor and respond to incoming leads through website or paid lead services.
- Assist with clients questions regarding price, scope, or other issues.
- Follow up internally regarding inspections, repairs, and reroof notes and questions.
- Process warranty registrations for installed products.
- Additional misc. administrative support task such as schedule meetings, print documents, support for phone systems, etc.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is advantageous.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls from customers effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
