We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Maintenance Supervisor/Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary: The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor/Estimator will play a critical role in our property management team. This position involves overseeing maintenance activities, conducting property inspections, estimating repair costs, and ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities for SFR properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and schedule maintenance work.
• Monitor and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize repair costs and prolong property life.
• Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants, addressing maintenance-related inquiries and concerns.
• May be occasionally called out to service calls or assist with repairs
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training in property management, construction, or a related field is preferred.
• Have reliable transportation
• Pass background screening.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
