As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of residential properties. We are looking for candidates who are organized, detail/result-oriented, and articulate, with a solid background in various fields of residential construction and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in various areas of residential
construction, including plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry,
masonry, roofing, and excavation.
- Complete tasks efficiently and in accordance with industry standards and
company guidelines.
- Assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and
material procurement.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
- Utilize basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms for documentation and
communication purposes.
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and manage multiple job locations
simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's
values and standards.
- Possess a reliable truck and personal tools necessary for the job.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential construction and maintenance is required.
