What Youll Do
- Conduct market analysis and compile research to identify and implement a development strategy and support investment decisions.
- Underwrite new investment prospects and analyze financial data to assess new investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants to assess investment risk including, but not limited to, developability for planned use, site planning, environmental risk assessment, geotechnical analysis, and entitlement mapping.
- Create compelling presentations, investment memos, and reports to support assumptions, reach consensus, and market new investment opportunities to outside partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including capital markets, leasing, debt placement, and development.
- Secure approvals and facilitate the closing process for approved investments.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
- Previous experience in financial analysis, real estate development, or investment analysis.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar software.
