What Youll Do
- Administer and analyze Yardi Investment Management software to uphold data accuracy and system integrity
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify patterns, disparities, and daylight system improvements
- Collaborate effectively between the Investments and Accounting teams to address financial system challenges and implement solutions
- Develop and update financial reports to offer valuable insights to stakeholders
- Aid in training staff on financial systems and processes
- Stay abreast of financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in administering and analyzing Yardi Investment Management software; or something similar
- Experience with financial system implementations
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools
