- Initiate and manage transactional operations on our dedicated investment platform
- Reconcile real estate investment accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare and analyze investor reports
- Provide support during audits, financial reviews, and investor inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support real estate investment decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in investment accounting or a similar role, with a focus on real estate
- A robust comprehension of real estate investment structures
- Hands-on experience with real estate financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and comprehensive proficiency in the use of Yardi software
- Demonstrated experience with real estate investment accounting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
