The ideal candidate will have Encompass experience, several years of related experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and referral partners. We are seeking a candidate in the Bedford, NH area, with the potential for a hybrid working situation for the right candidate.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- 1-2 years of Mortgage Industry Experience
- Loan Origination Software Experience, Encompass Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
- Confidentiality and a sense of responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Collect documents from borrowers to ensure preapprovals are completed quickly and accurately
- Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Review loan package documentation for discrepancies or omissions
- Follow up and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Assist loan officers to organize and grow consumer and referral partner databases
- Assist loan officers with coordinating events and marketing initiatives
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
