• 📊 Work closely with senior leadership to align with overall group goals and objectives.
• 🔍 Support departments by identifying issues, delivering recommendations, and implementing solutions.
• 🔧 Develop strategies for operational and product improvements.
• 📨 Enhance communication processes for better information distribution and trend analysis.
• 🤝 Conduct cross-department meetings to ensure accurate data for pricing, forecasting, and product configuration.
• 🛠️ Analyze and develop product configuration standards, rules, and logic for current and future product lines.
• 🧮 Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, and Accounting teams to refine inputs/outputs for ERP systems (routings, BOM, pricing, etc.).
• 💡 Serve as the subject matter expert for pricing, analysis, and ERP-related issues.
• 📈 Establish KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of business decisions.

📝 Qualifications:

• 📚 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a Business-related field.
• ✅ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex variables with financial and operational impacts.
• 🔄 Strong reasoning skills with troubleshooting and logic flow expertise.
• ✍️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• 🧩 Proficiency in problem-solving, project management, and data mining.
• 📊 Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 📊 Accounting Software is Sage - Experience a Plus 
• 🏭 Must Have: Work experience in manufacturing.
