This is a remote position based in Atlanta, GA, offering a competitive base salary of $190k–$210k, a 25% bonus, and a company car. Exceptional candidates seeking compensation above $220k may also be considered.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A team in financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions, including scenario analysis.
- Analyze operational and financial data to provide actionable recommendations for improving profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
- Enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency by implementing advanced systems, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
