We are working with a well established accounting firm in the Destin/Fort Walton area that is looking to add an experienced Bookkeeper to their team. Position details:
Qualifications
- Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper
- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Software: QuickBooks Online, MS Office, Outlook
- Must be comfortable in a client facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Managing the monthly bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
- Supervision of accounting staff
- Manage client relationships
- Review financial statements & account reconciliations
- Prepare/Review journal entries & general ledger accounts for input accuracy
- Accurate review & preparation of payroll reports, sales tax reports & expense reports
