Position Overview
As the Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will take ownership of the payroll process, ensuring all employees are compensated correctly and on time. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining compliance, resolving payroll inquiries, and optimizing payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, deductions, reconciliations, and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits or reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Provide exceptional service to employees, resolving payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software and understanding of compliance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
