The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), trade buyouts, meeting minutes, and other project documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), trade buyouts, meeting minutes, and other project documentation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all project submittals, ensuring compliance with contract documents and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including submittal logs, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the procurement process by preparing bid packages, soliciting bids from subcontractors, and analyzing proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize subcontractor agreements in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in renovations and interior fit-outs across sectors such as commercial, corporate offices, storage, warehouse, schools, and healthcare.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
