Responsibilities - Lube Technician : Perform auto maintenance and minor repairs Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles Drain and replace oil and air filters and lubricate moving parts Add water to radiator and battery Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed-air powered grease guns Rotate tires, check tire pressure and add air if necessary Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct Qualifications - Lube Technician : Familiar with automotive repair / maintenance and / or trade school Prior experience as an automotive technician’s helper or apprentice preferred Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record A positive attitude, good work ethic and pays attention to details Good customer service and communications skills Teachable and follows directions Ability to read / comprehend written instructions and information Must pass pre-employment background check, DMV and drug screen.
