Job Summary

Northpointe Staffing Professionals is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Planner and Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meeting logistics for onsite and virtual events.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of event planning and execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and faculty members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting logistics coordination.
  • Daily communication with sales representatives and faculty members.
  • Run reports to manage workload effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work flexible schedules and extended hours as needed.
