Rental Administrator
Seeking a part-time rental administrator for a Tannersville, PA, owner's association. Candidate must have experience in office administration, customer service and property management. Competencies include: prior office experience, advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Chrome, Google Docs; good organizational skills, efficient multi-tasker, grammar, spelling, attention to detail and follow-up, data entry, diplomacy and conflict resolution skills.
Job Description includes: daily administrative/office tasks, supervision of rental owners, rental registrations, managing warnings and citations, insurance policies, tenant relations, updating long-term leases, checking websites for short-term rental advertisements, posting rental dates to accounts, tracking short-term rental permits.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in office administration, customer service, property management/rentals preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Shifts are Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. Potential to expand into full-time position in the future.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21 – 24 per week
