In addition, this position is responsible for providing exceptional member experience while accurately processing transactions, assisting member with account questions while providing product and service recommendations, etc though virtual delivery channels including phone, text and video conferencing. Use a sales through service attitude to demonstrate product knowledge and identify and meet the needs of the individual members.
Responsibilities
- Virtually assists members with financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc via ITM's, phones and other electronic service. Communicates with members via phone, email, or any other means approved by NorthRidge to handle these transactions including electronic service assistance.
- Confidently recommend the appropriate products to members based on their needs. Opens new accounts, products and enrolls members in services that are relevant to them. Maintains accurate member account information on computer system such as address, phone, email, etc
- Remains in compliance with regulations and follows all BSA policy and procedures including the completion of annual BSA training. Accurately balances daily transactions.
- Network and develop relationships with potential clients
- Educate prospective and existing clients on financial products and services
- Remains in compliance with regulations and follows all BSA policy and procedures including the completion of annual BSA training.
- Serves as back up for other positions and may work on special projects when needed.
- Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including filing, copying, data input.
- A high school diploma or GED
- Up to six months of similar or related experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows software
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform in a goal-oriented environment
- Customer-oriented approach to handling problems
