Professional Sales Associate in Men's Suit and formal wear store.

Northridge Suit Outlet specialty retailer was founded on the idea of providing best possible customer service, along with quality, value and unmatched selections of men's formal wear. We are looking for motivated individuals who can dedicate the time working one-on-one with customer yet be able to work in a team environment to ultimately be successful at their position.

Responsibilities

• Grow brand sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
• Ensure sales goals, volume, are met through effective communication with the department and store.
• Work with alterations department, cashiers, Managers to ensure customer receives all around seamless service.
• Work with the store manager that merchandising and presentation meets the brand’s image standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Team to promote brand awareness, address product needs, and meet business goals
• Deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
• Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork through relationship-building, reliability and collaboration
• Deliver productivity through the efficient use of time and a commitment to strong results

$18.00 to $25.00 /hour Commission
